CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION:
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment and is done on a first come, first served basis.
- Payment must be made no later than five (5) days in advance of a local event and three (3) weeks prior to an international event.
- Cancellations for local programmes must be made in writing no later than seven (7) days in advance of the event.
- Cancellations for international programmes must be made in writing no later than three (3) weeks in advance and are subject to a cancellation fee of US$200.
- Cancellations made later than cut off date or individuals who are no-shows are subject to full invoicing.
