HRMATT is a vehicle for the institutionalisation of Human Resource Management as a profession in Trinidad and Tobago, and for the realisation of the goals of designing new organisation and management systems and practices that motivate rather than inhibit the participation and effectiveness of the human resource.
HRMATT aims to develop and ensure appropriate standards of excellence in the practice of HR Management and will do so by continually involving its members in shaping the unfolding of this dynamic field
